• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely).
• Job information: pickup and dropoff locations, dates, load size, description, and contact details you provide.
• Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles payment data.
• Driver information: Stripe Connect account details for payouts, and availability dates you set.
• Usage information: device, browser, and interaction data used to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To match Movers with Drivers and display job details to relevant users.
• To process payments and driver payouts through Stripe.
• To send you transactional notifications about job status, payments, and account activity.
• To enforce these Terms and prevent fraud or prohibited conduct.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Between users: a Mover's contact name and phone are shared with the assigned Driver, and vice versa, to complete a job.
• With Stripe: payment and payout information is shared with Stripe to process transactions and onboarding.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers under appropriate data agreements.
• Legal compliance: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and job information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Job records may be retained after completion for record-keeping and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account; certain data may be retained where required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage, access controls, and separation of payment data (handled by Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Support contact in the app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect your ability to use the Service.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Stripe for payments. Stripe's processing is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
